Shipping - Handling - Returns - Policies


1. Return and Exchange Policy


Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund within 10 days, minus shipping and handling. Contact New London Pharmacy Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know if you returning an item, but All Makeup is FInal sale.

Call us at 1-800-941-0490 Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm (EST) or email us at servicenlp@aol.com. We will need to know which item(s) you would like to have in exchange of your original items as well as your name, address, credit card number and card expiration date (to apply any difference of product price or shipping charges on exchanged items). Please insure your package to protect yourself in case the items are damaged or lost in transit by the shipper. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton, using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s), and include a copy of your invoice.

IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OF OPENED OR USED ITEMS! If you return any opened items we will not be able to accept your return and additional shipping will apply to return the opened, unsellable item to you.

FRAGRANCES: SORRY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY OF THE FRAGRANCES THAT WE SELL. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines, and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition.

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: Once we receive your return package, we will exchange your product for one of a same or greater value. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE.

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

3. Phone, Mail and Fax Orders

Q: How do I order by phone, mail, or fax?

A: Ordering by phone: To phone in your order, please call 1-800-941-0490, or 212-243-4987, Monday to Saturday from 9 am - 7 pm EST. During other hours, you may leave an electronic voice message and we will call you back.

A: Ordering by fax: If you fax your order, please include your name, credit card type and number, expiration date, and your signature. You can use our online Postal and Fax Order Form if you find it convenient. The number for fax orders is 212-243-7110.

The costs for shipping and handling are listed below. Note: If your order is being shipped to NY, we will add the appropriate sales tax to your total. (If making up an order form yourself, please be sure that you include all particulars.)

A: Ordering by mail: If you mail your order, please include a check or money order payable to New London Pharmacy for the total amount of your order plus the shipping fee. You can use our online Postal and Fax Order Form if you find it convenient.

4. Shipping and Handling

Q: How much does shipping and handling cost?

A: We ship via United Parcel Service which takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Shipping on Orders over $100 is free. *
Shipping on Orders of $0 - $50 = $7.00
Shipping on Orders of $50 - $99.99 = $10.00

We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the Continental United States:
Basic International Shipping = $25.00 (see below)

* Free shipping does not apply during a sale.

5. International Orders: Shipping Outside the Continental United States

Q: What do I need to do to have my order shipped to a destination outside the Continental United States?

A: You can place your order via phone, fax or postal mail. For your convenience, we've set up a form for International Orders for International shipping. When you "Click To Calculate Total" on this form, the $25.00 Basic Shipping Rate will automatically be added to the price of your order. Explanation of how we handle any additional Costs for larger ordersof this type are explained on this same International Order PagePlease phone, fax or mail your International order to us, as described above in #3. 6. Online Order Forms
For your convenience, we've set up online Order Forms for both Postal and Fax orders, and International orders. These forms will add up the basic cost of your order for you, and can easily be printed out. Instructions are included with them. You will also find them listed on our menu under Order Forms.
