Welcome to New London Pharmacy. We are delighted to have you shop with us. Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping bag. If you are not sure which items may be right for you, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be more than happy to make suggestions. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What is CCV?
CCV stands for Credit Card Verification. With credit card orders - for your protection and ours - we require the additional CCV (Card Code Verification) from your credit card. This CCV is found in different places depending on what type of credit card that you have. This fraud protection system has been created so that if someone does have possession of your credit card number they also need to have physical possession of your card in order to know what your CCV is.
The CCV is a three-digit number on the back of your Visa or Master card. The full credit card number is reprinted in the signature box and at the end of the number is the CCV.
Do You charge sales tax?
As required by law, we charge tax on all items shipping within New York.
Can I pay by Check or money order?
Sure. Please make your check or money order payable to New London Pharmacy for the total amount of your order plus any gift-wrap, taxes (NY residents only), and shipping fees.
Can I order via Phone?
To order via phone, please call toll-free 1.800.941.0490, or outside of the US (country code 001)212.243.4987 Monday-Saturday between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm EST. Or, feel free to leave a message and we will call you back just as soon as we can.
Can I order via fax?
To place your order via fax, please include: a list of the items and quantities you would like to order, your name, telephone number and address as it appears on the credit card billing statement, credit card type, expiration date, and number, ccv code, and your signature. Please also include a number we can reach you in case we have any questions. Our fax number is: 212.243.7110.
The costs for shipping and handling are listed below. Note: If your order is being shipped to NY, we will add the appropriate sales tax to your total. (If making up an order form yourself, please be sure that you include all particulars.)

GIFTS AND GIFT ORDERS:
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We would happy to gift wrap your purchase. There is a charge of $4.95 per item. Your gift will be wrapped in our signature periwinkle and gold paper and topped with a hand-tied bow. Select the gift box next to the items you would like wrapped and we will do the rest!
Can I include a gift message?
It would be our pleasure to include a complimentary handwritten note. You may enter your text in the appropriate box during checkout.
Do you have a corporate gifting program?

SHIPPING:
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via United Parcel Service Ground, which takes approximately 7-10 business days. (Note the fee schedule below)
USPS Next Day Air - will be delivered next business afternoon if placed before 2 PM EST (Ground fee schedule + $35)
USPS 3-Day Select – will be delivered within 3 business days if placed before 2 PM EST (Ground fee schedule + $20)
Do you ship internationally (outside the Continental United States)?
We proudly ship anywhere the USPS delivers. Please note that you will be responsible for any charges or duties levied by customs.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Regular Shipping Costs (USPS):
Shipping on Orders $.01 to $25.00 = $6.95
Shipping on Orders $25.01 to $50 = $9.95
Shipping on Orders of $50.01 - $75.00 = $11.95
Shipping on Orders of $75.01 - $100.00 = $13.95
Orders of over $100.01 = free shipping*
For Expedited orders use the above schedule but add $35 for Next Day Air, or add $20 for 3-day select.
We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the Continental United States:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund within 10 days, minus shipping and handling.
Although we would like to accept returns on every item we sell, due to the nature of what we sell we cannot accept returns on ANY FRAGRANCES, PANTYHOSE, or MAKEUP, or on products, which have been OPENED.
IMPORTANT: If you return any opened items we will not be able to accept your return and additional shipping will apply to return the opened, unsellable item to you.
What do I do if I need to return something?
Contact New London Pharmacy Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order so that we can give you the appropriate instructions on how to return an item.

How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange, please indicate which item(s) you would like to have in exchange of your original items. Please include your name, telephone number and address as it appears on the credit card billing statement, credit card type, expiration date and number, ccv code, and your signature (to apply any difference of product price or shipping charges on exchanged items) Please also include a number we can reach you in case we have any questions.

We strongly recommend that you use a reputable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL when shipping back your item(s). Additionally, you should ask for a tracking number as well as insure your package to protect yourself in case the items are damaged or lost in transit by the shipper. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton, using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s), and include a copy of your invoice.
Once we receive your return package, we will exchange your product for one of a same or greater value. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.

From time to time New London Pharmacy will offer promotional codes. If you would like to receive notification of promotions, please sign up for our newsletter.
How do I use a promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, please follow these steps:
1. When you have completed shopping, click on the shopping bag icon located at the top right side of your screen.
2. Click on the Step 2 icon
3. Select your billing and shipping addresses and your preferred method of shipment
4. Click on the Step 3 icon
5. You will see a box in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your code in the box and click on the “apply” button.
6. The promotion will be automatically applied to your order.
7. You may now enter your credit card information and click the “place order” button to complete the transaction.
* Promotional codes are one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
