Evening Primrose is rich in GLA (gamma linolenic acid), a member of the omega 6 family of fatty acids. It is a useful oil to supplement with and is also useful to massage directly on the skin – particularly for children who dislike nuts, seeds or fish. Massage a teaspoon of this oil after a bath, 4 times a week, to absorb through the skin.
