Four Step Treatment Kit

The complete combined treatment including Philip B.'s Rejuvenating Oil should be administered on very dehydrated/damaged hair two times a week, on dry hair once a week, on normal hair, one to four times a month. For both dehydrated scalp and hair, one to two times a week. It is highly beneficial one to two days before applying color, because it evens out hair porosity, clarifies and conditions, so that the color will deposit evenly, with more shine and longevity.
