Are you a first-timer?
Welcome to New London Pharmacy. We are delighted to have you shop with us. Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping bag. If you are not sure which items may be right for you, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be more than happy to make suggestions.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa.

What is CCV?
CCV stands for Credit Card Verification. With credit card orders - for your protection and ours - we require the additional CCV (Card Code Verification) from your credit card. This CCV is found in different places depending on what type of credit card that you have. This fraud protection system has been created so that if someone does have possession of your credit card number they also need to have physical possession of your card in order to know what your CCV is. The CCV is a three-digit number on the back of your Visa or Master card. The full credit card number is reprinted in the signature box and at the end of the number is the CCV.

Do You charge sales tax?
As required by law, we charge tax on all items shipping within New York.

Can I order via Phone?
To order via phone, please call toll-free 1.800.941.0490 extension 5, or outside of the US (country code 001) 212.243.4987 extension 305 Monday-Saturday between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm EST. Or, feel free to leave a message and we will call you back within 24 hours.

I cannot find what I am looking for

We have researched the globe to bring you the best selection of products. If you've searched our website and have not found the product you are looking for, do not fear it may be here! I would like you to carry my product - How do you handle Vendor Inquiries?

We respectfully request all prospective vendors to send the following information to: vendorsubmissions@newlondonpharmacy.com Please include the following:

  1. Name of Company and all contact information
  2. Up-to-date line sheet
  3. Product/packaging images
  4. Brief description of product philosophy
  5. Company mission
  6. Current Press
  7. List of your current retail partners - You will only be contacted if your product is selected. Then, you will receive an email advising you of the next steps.


GIFTS AND GIFT ORDERS

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We would happy to gift wrap your purchase. There is a charge of $7.95 per box or gratis with purchases over $200* (*use code "wrap200" at checkout) Your gift will be wrapped in our signature periwinkle and silver box, stuffed with paper and topped with a hand-tied bow. Select the gift box next to the items you would like wrapped and we will do the rest!

Can I include a gift message?
It would be our pleasure to include a complimentary handwritten note. You may enter your text in the appropriate box during checkout.

Do you have a corporate gifting program?
New London is pleased to offer a variety of distinctive business and corporate gifts to satisfy all your gift-giving needs, from personalized gifts, to custom gift boxes and valuable gift cards. SHIPPING

What shipping method do you use?
We ship via United Parcel Service Ground, which takes approximately 7-10 business days. (Note the fee schedule below) USPS Next Day Air - will be delivered next business afternoon if placed before 2 PM EST (Ground fee schedule + $35) USPS 3-Day Select – will be delivered within 3 business days if placed before 2 PM EST (Ground fee schedule + $20)

Do you ship internationally (outside the Continental United States)?
We proudly ship anywhere the USPS delivers. International Orders are shipped by USPS, all duties,fees, or taxes imposed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Its is important to note that authorities in many countries will inspect the package before they allow the items entry, New London Pharmacy is not responsible for any delays, charges or changes in the package appearance related to these inspections. New London Pharmacy does not offer any guarantees on USPS, delivery time is estimated and subject to customs clearance.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund within 10 days, minus shipping and handling. Although we would like to accept returns on every item we sell, due to the nature of what we sell we cannot accept returns on ANY FRAGRANCES, PANTYHOSE, or MAKEUP, or on products, which have been OPENED.
IMPORTANT: If you return any opened items we will not be able to accept your return and additional shipping will apply to return the opened, unsellable item to you.

What do I do if I need to return something?
Contact New London Pharmacy Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order so that we can give you the appropriate instructions on how to return an item. Call us: 800.941.0490 Extension 5, Monday - Saturday 9 am -7 pm EST or email us at: service@newlondonpharmacy.com.


MY ACCOUNT

Once you have created an account with us, you may view it at any time. Click on the "my account" link in the upper right corner of the site. This is the area where store your information that will make it faster and easier for you to shop. What information is stored in "my account"? There are 3 (three) sections in your account 1-My favorites 2-My Info: a. Your email address b. Your password c. Your addresses 3-My Bag (items that you have placed in your bag) You may edit or delete this information at any time.


PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Shopping at New London Pharmacy is a safe shopping experience. Shop with confidence. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent, or give your name address, or personal information to anyone. And, remember, if you subscribe to our email newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time. Simply select the link at the bottom of every email if you wish you unsubscribe.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.


PROMOTIONS AND SALES

From time to time New London Pharmacy will offer promotional codes. If you would like to receive notification of promotions, please sign up for our newsletter.

How do I use a promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, please follow these steps:

  1. When you have completed shopping, click on the shopping bag icon located at the top right side of your screen.
  2. Click on the check out button
  3. You will see a box in the that is labeled "discount" underneath the item(s) you are ordering. Enter your code in the box and click on the “apply” button.
  4. The promotion will be automatically applied to your order.
  5. You may now enter your credit card information and click the “place order” button to complete the transaction. * Promotional codes are one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

Do you offer samples?
We try to include samples in every order we ship. If you would like a sample of a specific product please send an email to abby@newlondonpharmacy.com with your name, address, and name of sample that you would like and we will do our best to accommodate you.
