Can I order via Phone?

I cannot find what I am looking for

We have researched the globe to bring you the best selection of products. If you've searched our website and have not found the product you are looking for, do not fear it may be here! Please email as some of our item’s downstairs are not uploaded onto the site.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

We would happy to gift wrap your purchase. There is a charge of $7.95 per box or gratis with purchases over $200* (*use code "wrap200" at checkout) Your gift will be wrapped in our signature periwinkle and silver box (or another beautiful way if the box is too big or small), stuffed with paper and topped with a hand-tied bow. Select the gift box next to the items you would like wrapped and we will do the rest! Restrictions: Not all items can be gift wrapped. If we cannot gift wrap your order we will contact you. How do I add multiple items to one gift box? All items in one order will be added to the gift box. If you require items to be left out of the gift box, but are still shipping to the same address, please note the items to leave out in the comments section. If you would like separate gift boxes, you will need to place separate orders at this time.

Can I include a gift message? Yes, at checkout you can leave any message you would like us to add to your order as a gift. You can also add any other notes about your order you would like us to know about at checkout.

What information is stored in "my account”?

Once you have created an account with us, you may view it at any time on the "my account" link in the upper right hand corner of the site. Having an account makes it easier to shop with us and gives you access to exclusive deals, discounts and sales!

Privacy and security

Shopping at New London Pharmacy is a safe shopping experience. Shop with confidence as your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent or give your name address, or any other personal information with anyone. If you would like to subscribe to our email newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time if you wish, simply select the link at the bottom of every email if you wish to unsubscribe.

Our site's payment processor is PayPal PayFlow Pro. 

All scheduled payment information is stored in a customer profile hosted on PayPal's secure systems. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and it's service providers.

How can I apply my promotional code to my order? 

1: When you have completed shopping, you may click on the shopping bag icon located at the top right side of your screen and proceed to checkout.

2: Here you have reached your cart's page where you can make edits the items you have added and include and messages.

3: Once you have your cart ready, you can proceed to "Checkout" or "PayPal" to enter your shipping information.

4: Once on this shipping information page, on the top right, you can enter your gift card or discount code.

*Promotional codes may be one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion besides free shipping on all orders over $50.00 in the Continental United States.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, for many of our orders we try to includes samples based upon what you have ordered. If you would like, at checkout you can provide is with some details of what products you might be interested in purchasing in the future and we will try our best to accommodate these when packing your order!
