Domestic Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping fee ($6.95) is USPS First Class Mail (2-6 days, which includes handling)

Our expedited shipping fee ($15.00) is USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days, which includes handling) 

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 in the Continental United States!

International Shipping Policy

Do you ship internationally (outside the Continental United States)?

Yes, our checkout window automatically calculates shipping rates so our customers always pay the same rate as we do for the shipping label. We believe this is most fair for customers as these rates are based on our customer's address and the weight and dimensions of their order. We currently offer international shipping options with DHL, USPS and UPS (depending on the recipient's shipping address). 

Due to COVID-19 some fulfillment providers have suspended international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.

* If we are unable to ship to your desired country due to these suspensions, we may be forced to cancel and refund your order. 

In-Store Pickups for online orders

When placing your order online, you can choose "Pick Up" at checkout. This will void the shipping charge to your order and we will know not to ship your order out. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours for turnaround.

After this period, your order should be available for pickup behind the fragrance counter in the front of the store please just bring a copy of your receipt on your phone or printed copy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund within 10 days, minus shipping and handling. We would like to accept returns on every item we sell.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.When are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@newlondonpharmacy.com and send your item to: 246 Eighth Avenue New York New York US 10011.

Returning gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
