What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund within 10 days, minus shipping and handling. We would like to accept returns on every item we sell.

What do I do if I need to return something?
Contact New London Pharmacy Customer Support within 10 days of receiving your order so that we can give you the appropriate instructions on how to return an item. Call us: 800.941.0490 Extension 5, Monday - Saturday 9 am -7 pm EST or email us at: support@newlondonpharmacy.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
When are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@newlondonpharmacy.com.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@newlondonpharmacy.com and send your item to: 241 W 23rd St New York New York US 10011.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This way we can be sure we receive your item.
