Velvet Cleansing Milk

Velvet Cleansing Milk is an effective but gentle cleanser for skin that's dry, normal, or moderately oily. It may not provide enough cleansing power for very oily skin.

If you use the double cleansing method, Velvet Cleansing Milk is a second cleanser. It's strong enough to remove sunscreen and light makeup, but waterproof makeup may require an oil cleanser or makeup remover first.
